3. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our support team at support@cannonlightings.com or via WhatsApp. Once approved, we will schedule a pickup (for Kuwait residents) or advise on return shipping for international customers.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
5. Exchanges
We offer product exchanges for defective or incorrect items. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
